Q: Which areas do you cover?
A: Bushey, Chalfont St Giles, Chalfont St Peter, Ealing, Greenford, Harrow, Hayes, Hillingdon, Ickenham, Iver, Kew, London, Northolt, Pinner, Richmond, Rickmansworth, Ruislip,Teddington, Twickenham, Uxbridge, Watford, West Drayton and other areas.

Q: How frequently do my windows need cleaning?
A: The frequency depends on your own personal requirements. For all residential clients we offer a 4 week and 8 week cycle but find that the majority of our customers opt for the 4 week cycle. We can tailor our services to suit your individual requirements.

Q: How do I pay you?
A: We can take cash or cheque on the day of the clean. You are also able to pay via bank transfer - please contact us for bank details.

Q: Will the pure water system damage my paintwork?
A: No. Our system will not damage any properly maintained paintwork. It will in fact help protect paintwork from algae, lichen etc. However, if you have badly maintained or very loose or flaky paintwork, some paint may be removed during the cleaning process. If this is the case we would not recommend our pure water system but we would be pleased to offer another cleaning solution.

Q: What will happen if it is raining when my windows are due for their clean?
A: We will still clean your windows. With traditional window cleaning methods it is impossible  to get a good result when it is raining. However, with the Pure water cleaning system, we are using purified water and do not need to polish the glass. Therefore we are able to leave your windows sparkling clean, even in the rain. We also offer a rain guarantee whereby if you notice any imperfections on your windows as a result of us window cleaning in the rain, we will come and clean them again for free. No questions, no quibbles. You must contact us within 48hrs of your window clean for the rain guarantee to be valid.

Q: What happens if I am out when you come to clean my windows?
A: We will have arranged a mutually convenient date and time to clean your windows prior to arriving. However, before we take on any job we always discuss property access, so that we are aware whether you need to be in when we clean your windows. If we can clean your windows when you are out and you are happy for us to do so, then we will. We can text the evening before to remind you we are coming.
